Psychotherapist and Clinical Manager
I believe that there is no ‘one size fits all’ solution for individuals seeking help. I seek to help you make sense of what is going on in your life. This includes focus on early and past experiences and how they impact on the person you are today.

Louise Flynn
My philosophy is very much about creating a safe space where a person may feel free to express, to explore and uncover their own answers. Sitting in the company of another person offers the opportunity to gain a different perspective on those often unseen blocks in our lives. I have a passionate interest in the body mind connection and how our breath in particular offers us clues to our wellbeing and also as a source of healing.

I have a BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy from Dublin Business School and I am a pre-accredited member of the Irish Association of Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP). My training was rooted in the Person-Centered/humanistic approach to therapy, but I believe that as therapists we must be open minded in our approach, the client leads the way.
