She/Her/Hers

I am a qualified, integrative Psychotherapist with over ten years experience facilitating groups for the Rutland Centre and the Dublin North East Drug and Alcohol Task Force working with Adults and Adolescents who are in recovery from addiction and their family members. I have 15 years experience working with young people with ASD in the education sector. I also have a wide range of experience working with clients on a one-to-one basis with the Oasis Centre and in private practice, supporting people with addiction, anxiety, low mood, depression, stress, loss, codependency, sexuality, identity and Autism.

Creating a space where you can explore and understand yourself better, I approach my work from a place of compassion, understanding and support, offering a safe, confidential, non-judgmental environment which is founded in respect, warmth and acceptance. My aim is to support my clients, so they feel heard, understood and empowered. I work collaboratively, looking at what therapy best fits my client's individual needs.

Life can be difficult and sometimes we all need someone to listen and understand us. I know the importance of an empathetic ear, kindness and compassion in helping you explore any presenting issues. Supporting you to work through them, gaining more self awareness, self acceptance and coping skills. If you are feeling overwhelmed, anxious or struggling with something in your life, reach out and contact me.
