Sheila holds a Masters in humanistic integrative psychotherapy and a diploma in trauma psychotherapy. She also holds an M.A. in Philosophy and is a qualified fitness instructor and personal trainer. She takes a whole person approach, which means that she works emotionally, physiologically, and cognitively. Her goal is to create an accepting and supportive environment where you can be yourself, bringing all aspects of yourself into therapy. There is no judgement, just someone who will walk with you, as you gain a greater awareness and understanding of who you are.
